The Window Worm

(Cordyceps fenestrus)

The Window Worm (Cordyceps fenestrus) isn’t really a worm at all, but RATHER a parasitic fungus that infests the windows of city apartment buildings.

Subsisting on misdelivered packages, balcony smoking, loud sex noises, and other neighborly awkwardness, Cordyceps fenestrus completes its lifecycle in the unexpected intimacies of everyday urban living.

Materials: Textile, up-cycled urethane foam, hardware anchors.
